Flipkart’s Top Selling Laptop Brands‍

Asus is the top selling laptop brand on Flipkart! Asus has perfected their design strategy for India. “Thin and Light” positioning is working wonders for them as they are providing visually appealing devices that deliver strong performance.

Apple is also an interesting case study – during the Diwali quarter, with high discounts, it was able to come to 6th position however in next quarter without support of discounts and promotions it crawls back to number 10. Apple and MSI are only brands with higher than average AOVs, at 50% and 20% higher than the typical Laptop AOV.

The laptop segment has seen higher demand due to work from home post COVID-19 lockdown. However, the average order values across brands around 50K indicate that people are seeking strong aesthetics and performance. Brands like ASUS and HP that optimise on these aspects are seeing stronger performance over the last 2 quarters.
